NOVEMBER

Hola CHICsters, 

I'm finally back to blogging after a longgggg hiatus. I have so many great Fall/Winter clothing to share with you as well as styling & beauty tips. The air was so crisp today here in Atlanta, and as I've shared with you all before Autumn is my fave season. If it's too hot...and I'm not at a beach or somewhere tropical, I'm not about that "sweating for no reason" life :-)

This is what I wore today & it encompasses a few of my faves Fall/Winter must haves; leather pants, black turtlenecks, over the knee boots, & camel colored coats ( this one was a steal from H&M for only $29.99) *gasp*

THIRTY SIX

Hey there Loves, 

I know I haven't posted in a few days but work has me über busy (which is great for my bank account LOL). Well CHICsters, it's almost my fave time of the year ...My Bday (Whoop whoop)...and this year I feel a little different. I'm turning flippin 37!!! THIRTY SEVEN???? What? WaitaMin...when did this happen??? I swear I was like 26 last year LOL, or so it seems. I feel like although I've accomplished a lot over the years I have yet so much I want and need to do. Especially now that I fall into the "late thirties" category *side eye* . Is time running out or am I just full of anxiety? I don't know but either way I'm looking forward to 37 and all the great things it has to offer. 

...and in the meantime let me get a few last wears out of my THIRTY SIX top ;-)

EVERYDAY PEOPLE

Hey There CHICsters,

"See I am everydayyyy people" *singing* . Do you remember that song People Everyday by the group Arrested Development? (yess i'm showing my age) LOL. For some reason this song has been stuck in my head all day. It's Thursday, & although I have thus far survived Spring Break with the kids I am overit.com !!!! We've been on the go alllll week, movies, sports, park trips, & a million dental & doctor visits for check-ups. Mommy is tired! I'm literally counting down until next Monday morning lol... 

Anyways, enough of my ranting ;-) Today's look is super casual because that's how I roll when I'm with the little ones. 

A simple white V-neck, Skinny ankle length jeans, my catch-all Kate Spade bag that's filled with random necessities from lip gloss & hand sanitizer, to a few zip lock bags of snacks for my always seemingly famished clan. 

This weather is so crazy these days so even though I'm wearing a tee, I always bring along a sweater, or button down shirt for any sudden temperature drops. 

My cat eyed Sunnies & my fave Sam Edelman silver brogues top off the look for today's adventures.

SHINE BRIGHT LIKE A...

Hola My Loves,

I'm so happy to be posting today...finally. As many of you know from following me on Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram 3 days before Christmas my neighbor's home had a fire that also spread and did some damage to mine as well. I'm so grateful that myself, my kids, and all of our other neighbors got out without injuries. Hence the pause in blogging. But have no fear because ya'girl is back in full effect. I'm officially claiming 2014 as MY YEAR!! THEEEE YEAR!!!! And I plan to "Shine Bright Like A Diamond" *singing in my RiRi voice*

Winter is not one of my fave seasons when it comes to weather...but fashion wise...I LOVE IT!! I love coats, and jackets, and boots, and cute scarves, and hats. It reminds me of growing up in New York City and seeing everyone in their trendy winter gear while riding the subway or walking down the street.

GREEN WITH ENVY

Hey there CHICsters *waves* it's Monday...yet again *side eye*. Is it me, or does this day seem to roll around at warp speed? Geesh! This is what I wore for a morning of meetings w/ current and prospective clients. I found this dress while on a random visit to TJ Maxx and it was LOVE AT FIRST SIGHT!!! And yes I know I say that alot LOL but I really do swoon over chic clothing :-)

I'm really a big fan of stripes whether it is in dresses, pants, ADIDAS *which I will discuss in a whole other post*... #STRIPEGANG Forever *Big Smile* 

I love the sheath silhouette of this dress. Also, did you all notice the inverted pattern of the stripes around the waist area? It gives the illusion of having a teeny tiny waist! Who's complaining?

Do you all recognize this tote? It's the Carryall by 3:1 Phillip Lim for Target. Just about the entire collection launched this past Saturday sold out online the very same day! WOW!!! There were so many great pieces to choose from it was hard to narrow it down. 

I tied the whole look together with my FAVE green heels that I got from ZARA two yrs ago, a chunky green statement necklace, and a Leather Studded bracelet coming soon to my new online boutique.
